Tiffany says he wants to lower healthcare costs by cutting regulations and relying on market-based reforms rather than expanding government programs. His campaign says it would make healthcare more affordable through deregulation, and reporting indicates he has opposed expanding ACA subsidies.

Tiffany says he would freeze property taxes, repeal Gov. Evers’ proposed 400-year tax increase, end state income taxes on tips and overtime, and cut regulations to reduce costs for families and businesses. He also says he would pursue lower energy costs as part of his economic agenda.

Tiffany says he would lower energy costs by expanding reliable baseload power and opposing wind and solar projects on farmland. He also supports ending vehicle emissions testing in southeast Wisconsin.

Tiffany has said he would uphold Wisconsin’s current abortion law if elected governor.

Tiffany supports aggressive immigration enforcement, including working with federal authorities such as ICE, and his campaign says it would ban sanctuary cities in Wisconsin.

Tiffany strongly supports Second Amendment rights and has said concealed carry should be allowed for permit holders, including at protests, while emphasizing responsible and lawful carry.

Tiffany has criticized what he describes as a globalist foreign-policy approach and has supported cutting foreign aid and reducing the State Department budget.

Tiffany’s campaign messaging is socially conservative, including opposition to policies it says conflict with its views on gender identity in schools and support for girls’ sports and locker rooms being for girls.

Tiffany says he would increase education funding while requiring accountability, raise teacher pay, reward successful schools and administrators, and emphasize early literacy and classroom instruction.

Tiffany says he would end subsidies for data centers in Wisconsin and oppose government incentives for AI and data-center development.

Tiffany has signaled opposition to expanding mail-in voting and says it should not be widespread, with a limited exception for military voters.

Tiffany says local governments should be well-funded, especially for roads and bridges, and he favors local control on projects like mining and housing-related zoning decisions.
